Yes we can, just send us your email or home address, and we will send you some flyers with product details and specifications.

Q What are the estimated delivery times for your products?

All products are delivered to mainland UK, first class, so expect delivery between 1-3 days. (Delivery times, quoted by couriers, Royal Mail & Parcel Force)

Q I am interested in a trade order, what deals can you offer?

We can offer many deals, personalised to you. So depending on which product and quantity, we will aim to offer you an even better deal than our online wholesale price. Typically we have saved £100's for past customer trade orders.

Currently online, we show the dimensions in sq ft, however email our sales team with the product in question, and we will do out best to respond before the end of the day.

Q The 36 interlocking puzzle mats, do they come in a bag + box?

The A-Z/0-9 interlocking jigsaw puzzle mats, come in a nice clear plastic carry bag, which you can keep around the home, as well as the main box for packaging.

Q Do all the products online include VAT?

Yes, all online products already include VAT at 15%, apart from the baby shoes, that are exempt from VAT. All orders placed, will also include a VAT receipt, so you can claim your VAT back, if your're VAT registered.

Q I noticed, that you include a price breakdown, does that mean I can pick the products up for free?

Yes, picking up our products coudn't ne simpler, just contact our sales team, with a date and time, even if its on the same day, to arrange a time to collect. This will save you a tidy sum on delivery too.

Q What other payments options are available, such as postal orders/bank drafts?

Currently online, you can pay, via our secured credit card service, protx, and by our very popular Paypal. We also accept postal cheques, bankers draft and BACS transfer.
